Lypossage
A manual lymphatic drainage technique that cleanses
the face, neck and chest of stagnant lymphatic fluid
(lymphoedema). It tones, lifts and firms sagging tissue.
Treatments
Breathergy
The easiest, most difficult exercise you will love to do.  A
stretching, core strengthening, and diaphragmatic
breathwork course which can be done in 1-5 minutes a
day at a minimum or more if desired.  This is similar to
pilates and yoga but time is required for results!  Muscle
tension, stress and pounds will melt away!
Swedish
This technique uses a system of long strokes, kneading
and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of
the muscles, combined with active and passive
movements of the joints.  Used primarily for a full-body
session.  It promotes general relaxation, improves
circulation and range of motion, and relieves muscle
tension.
Deep Tissue
As the name implies, a deep-tissue massage released
the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow
strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas,
either following or going across the grain of muscles,
tendons, and fascia.  It can be used for specific work or
body.
Sports
Form of massage which utilizes specific strokes and
stretches to help obtain maximum performance and
physical condition w/less chance of injuries.  Studies
show that there is an increase in the performance level
of an athlete if massage is received on a regular basis.
Myofascial Release (MFR)
Lengthens fascia, eliminates adhesions, decreases trigger
points and essentially brings suppleness back to the skin and
tissue.
Maya Abdominal Massage (MAM)
Maya Abdominal Massage is a non-invasive, external, massage technique. It
guides internal abdominal organs into their proper position for optimum health
and well-being.  Maya massage improves organ function by releasing physical
and emotional from the abdomen.  This massage is effective in both men and
women.  Techniques of MAM combine modern science with traditional healing
and wisdom to produce a holistic path to physical, emotional and spiritual
well-being!
Prenatal
Is designed to relieve tension in the back, neck, hips, legs and weight
bearing joints.  Postpartum massage helps restore the body to pre
pregnancy conditions and helps nurture the new mom.
On-site Therapy/Chair Massage
Massage may be done at the workplace.  Session last anywhere from 5
to 30 minutes, uses no oil and takes place with the employee fully
clothed.  Usually address the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and
hands and can be adapted to special needs.  Benefits include increased
concentration, reduced number of headaches: as a result, higher
productivity.
Reflexology
Simple pressure applied through the fingers to the minuet reflex points in
and around the feet and hands.  The purpose is to help break down
tension and alleviate stress, improve blood supple and nerve functioning.
This also assists the body in speeding up the elimination of waste
products.
Hot Rock
The use of warm molten lava rocks to relax the muscle
even more than the average relaxation massage.  This
treatment is given by placing warm rocks on the energy
channels of the body.  The heat from the rock
penetrates the muscles to encourage it to relax.
